David

David began his career in the bloodstock industry after completing a Psychology degree at Leicester University in 1986. He spent formative years in the breeding industry training to be a stud manager before switching allegiance to the racing side

David also gained valuable experience in Canada and Australia before returning to the UK to work as assistant trainer for five years to Henry Candy and before that for three years to Lynda Ramsden.

David obtained his licence to train in 2003 and has trained winners every year since, from a small pool of horses.

Ruth

Having huge experience in company administration Ruth manages the financial side of the business. However, Ruth’s role is far greater than that of a racing secretary.

She is an excellent hostess who dedicates a great deal of time to ensure our owners gain as much pleasure as possible from their sport.

Roman Maliska

Roman joined the team in February and brings with him many years of experience in the riding industry, as well as invaluable expertise in the saddle.

Roman was champion jockey in Slovakia four times, and has ridden winners all over Europe.

Nicky Cook

Nicky has proved herself to be an invaluable work rider for the yard as well as taking horses to the races on certain occasions.
